In this article we explain the most common reasons why music is not playing at your location and how to fix them.
1. You haven't entered the 6-digit code
For Brandtrack Player to play music, it must first be linked to your zone. To link it, open Brandtrack Player on the device at your location and enter the 6-digit code found inside your zone in MyBrandtrack.
If you're not sure where to find the code, follow these steps.
2. The code you entered is no longer valid
The 6-digit code is single-use. If you've used it before or entered an incorrect one, the device won't connect. Log in to MyBrandtrack, open your zone, and generate a new code.
3. No music is assigned to your zone
If the device is linked but nothing is playing, your zone may not have a playlist or schedule assigned. Log in to MyBrandtrack, open your zone, and check that content has been assigned.
