If the music is not playing at your Location, it is usually because the Zone has no content assigned.
In Brandtrack, a Zone is the specific space within a Location where music is played (for example, main room or terrace).
This article explains how to check and assign content correctly.
Before you start
Make sure you have logged into MyBrandtrack.
Verify that the device has the Brandtrack Player App installed and open.
Option 1: Assign a playlist directly to the Zone
Log in to MyBrandtrack.
Go to the Zones section.
Select the Zone where music is not playing.
Assign a playlist directly to that Zone.
Save the changes.
Once assigned, the music will start playing automatically.
Option 2: Assign a Schedule to the Zone
A Schedule is the time programming that defines which playlists play and at what times.
Log in to MyBrandtrack.
Go to the Zones section.
Select the affected Zone.
Assign an active Schedule to that Zone.
Save the changes.
If the Zone has no Schedule assigned, there will be no automatic playback.
Important notes
A Zone must have at least one playlist or a Schedule assigned to play content.
-
If there is no linked content, the app will remain inactive.
If after assigning a playlist or a Schedule the music still does not play, verify that the app is open and connected to the internet.
