When you register on MyBrandtrack, your account already includes a Zone, a Group, and a Calendar configured automatically.
Therefore, to start playing music in your store, you only need to install the Brandtrack app and enter the 6-digit activation code.
Before you start
Make sure to:
Have access to your MyBrandtrack account.
Have the device where the music will be played (tablet, phone, or Android TV).
Have a stable internet connection.
How the automatic configuration works
When creating your account, the system automatically configures:
Zone: represents your store or physical space where the music will play.
Group: organizes the content that is played.
Calendar: defines what music plays and at what times.
The structure works like this:
Calendar → Group → Zone
Since these elements are already created and assigned, you don’t need to make additional configurations before activating the app.
Step-by-step to activate the app
1. Log in to MyBrandtrack
Access your account from the browser.

2. Find your Zone
On the main screen, you will see the name of your Zone.
Next to the name, you will find a 6-digit code.
That is the activation code you will use in the app.
3. Install and open the Brandtrack app
Download the app on the device where you will play the music:

Once installed, open it.
4. Enter the 6-digit code
When the app asks, enter the code that appears next to your Zone in MyBrandtrack.
Once validated, the app will be linked to your account and the music will start playing automatically.
Important notes
Each zone has its own 6-digit code.
If you have more than one store, each one must be activated with its corresponding code.
The same code cannot be used on more than one device.
The device must remain connected to the internet to ensure continuous playback.
Troubleshooting
The code doesn’t work.
Make sure you are entering the correct code and that there are no extra spaces.
The music doesn't start playing.
Confirm that the device has an internet connection and that the volume is turned on.
I don’t see the 6-digit code.
Check that you are on the main screen of MyBrandtrack and that you are viewing the correct Zone.
