If you have already generated and downloaded your ad with artificial intelligence, the next step is to create a campaign to schedule its playback.

Steps to create the campaign
1. Create campaign
Go to the Campaigns section.
Press the “Create campaign” button.
2. Set up the schedule
Complete the necessary information to define how and when your ad will play.
Recurrence type
Define how often you want the campaign to play:
Recurring: repeats at defined intervals (for example, every 30 minutes).
Once a day: plays once within the selected time range.
One time only: plays only on the chosen date and time.
Start date
Indicate when the campaign will start playing.
End date
If you want the campaign to play indefinitely, leave this field empty.
If it should end on a specific date, fill in the end date.
Play every
Define the repetition frequency in:
Minutes
Hours
Example: every 2 hours or every 45 minutes.
From / To
Determine the daily time range during which the campaign will be active.
Play only on the following days
Select the days of the week on which it should play.
For example: Monday to Friday or only weekends.
Exceptions
Allows excluding specific dates (holidays, special events, or other occasions) without modifying the rest of the configuration.
3. Upload the ad
After pressing Continue, you must complete:
Ad name.
Description (optional).
Start and end date (if applicable).
Key step:
Upload the audio file that you generated with AI and previously downloaded.
4. Finish
Press Continue to save the campaign.
The campaign will be created and you will be able to view it within the corresponding section.
Important notes
Verify that the uploaded file is the correct one before saving.
Make sure the campaign is assigned to the Zone or Group where you want it to play.
You can edit the campaign at any time.
