To play music with Brandtrack in your store, you must first install the Brandtrack Player App on a device (tablet, phone, or computer).
That device will be the one that outputs the audio.
You then simply need to connect that device to your store’s speakers using the audio method you prefer.
Before you start
Before connecting the speakers, make sure that:
- The Brandtrack Player App is installed on the device and playing content.
- The device’s audio is working correctly.
- You have access to the store’s sound system (speakers, amplifier, or audio console).
Steps
1. Install the Brandtrack Player App
Install the Brandtrack Player App on the device you will use to play music in the store.
This device will function as the music player.
2. Connect the device to the speaker system
You can use different connection methods depending on the audio system in your store.
AUX cable / Miniplug (3.5 mm)
Connect the device directly to a speaker or amplifier using an audio cable.
Bluetooth
Pair the device with Bluetooth speakers.
Store sound system
Connect the device to the store’s amplifier or audio console.
3. Verify that the audio is working
Open the Brandtrack Player App and start playing music.
Confirm that:
- The audio can be heard through the speakers.
- The volume is appropriate for the store environment.
Important notes
- Brandtrack does not require specific hardware to play music.
- The device where the Brandtrack Player App is installed is the one that outputs the audio.
- You can use any speaker system compatible with your device.
