The Brandtrack subscription fee may be periodically adjusted based on the official inflation indexes of the country where the customer's stores are located. This policy allows the service value to be kept up to date according to the economic evolution of each market.
How Adjustments Are Applied
The subscription price adjustment can be made:
Quarterly, or
Semiannually
This will occur if the accumulated inflation for the period exceeds 10%.
If the accumulated inflation does not exceed 10% during those periods, the adjustment will be applied annually.
This policy applies to customers with more than 3 months of service tenure.
Billing with Special Cycles
If your account has a billing cycle:
Semiannual, or
Annual
The adjustment will be applied at the start of the next corresponding billing period.
