In this article, we explain how to sync a screen with your Digital Signage account using the Box's pairing code.
This process connects the physical screen to your management panel so you can send it content from Digital Signage.
Before You Start
- Be logged in to Digital Signage.
- The Box must be powered on and showing the pairing code on screen.
- Check that the device has an internet connection.
Steps to Pair the Screen
- In the panel, click the "Add screen" button.
- A pop-up window will open asking for the pairing code.
- Enter the code shown on the screen when you open the Box.
- Click "Pair" to confirm.
Once the process is complete, the screen will be linked to your account and ready to receive content.
Important Notes
- The pairing code is unique and may change if the device is restarted.
- If the code isn't accepted, check that you entered it correctly.
- Make sure the Box is connected to the internet.
