Create a Playlist with Content for Your Screens

Playlists allow you to organize multimedia files such as images, videos, web links, or applications in the order you define.

This ensures continuous playback on your screens and an organized visual experience for your customers.

Before You Start

You can create a playlist in two ways:

• First create an asset from the Files / Assets section.

• Go directly to the Playlists tab and create it from there.

Make sure you have the files ready before you begin.

What Type of Content You Can Include

A playlist can combine:

• Images

• Videos

• Web links

• Applications

You can also define how long each item will be displayed.

Steps to Create a Playlist

1. Go to the Playlists tab in the top navigation bar.

2. Click on Create Playlist.

3. Click on the pencil icon to edit the playlist name.

    

    4. Enter an easy-to-identify name.
For example: Lobby TV Playlist.

5. Drag and drop the videos or images you want to include in the playlist.

6. Adjust the duration of each item.
   Click the edit icon next to the time of each file to modify how long it will be displayed on the screen.

This allows you to precisely control how long each content will be shown.

7. Send the content to the screens.
   When the playlist is ready, click Send to Screens at the top.

Important

• Verify that the playlist is correctly assigned before closing the window.

• Confirm that the screens are online.

• If you make changes, resend the playlist to update the content.

Troubleshooting

If the content does not display on the screen:

• Check that the screen is online.

• Confirm that the playlist was sent correctly.

• Verify that the files were uploaded without errors.
