Zones with Brandtrack Box:
Step 1: Disconnect the box from all connectors (all of them).
Step 2: First connect the network cable, then the charger, and finally the auxiliary cable. (see photos at the bottom of the article)
Step 3: Wait 5 minutes for the box to pick up the signal.
Step 4: Check whether the correct time is displayed on the screen.
Zones with Playback App:
Step 1: Make sure the Brandtrack app is open. Step 2: Check the internet connection of the device where you are using the App.
If the app is open and the device connection is optimal, yet it still appears as disconnected in MyBrandtrack, you may have entered the linking code from a different zone in the account.
In that case, here's what you should do:
Step 1: Open the Brandtrack App.
Step 2: Go to the app menu.
Step 3: Review the information shown in the menu to make sure the Zone ID matches the ID of the zone you are monitoring in MyBrandtrack.
