How to install my box.

In this article we explain how to install your Brandtrack Box step by step.

Before connecting the Box, make sure the space has good ventilation and do not place objects on top of the device. This prevents overheating and ensures stable operation.

Before you start

• Verify that you have internet access (Ethernet or WiFi configured in advance).
• Make sure you have a nearby power outlet.
• Confirm that the audio system is available to connect the corresponding cable.

Steps to install your Box

1. Connect the Ethernet cable to the port labeled "Ethernet". This step is not necessary if your Box was previously configured with a WiFi network.
2. Connect the power adapter to the Box and then to the power outlet. The device will start up automatically.
3. Connect the audio cable to the Box. It can be RCA or 3.5 mm, depending on the audio system at your location.

Important

• Music will start playing automatically once the Box has connected to the network and downloaded the assigned content. This process may take a few minutes.
• Do not disconnect the device during this process.
