In this article we explain how to modify your subscription in MyBrandtrack, both in terms of your contracted plan and the number of zones.
To access, log in to MyBrandtrack, click Account and select Subscription.
Keep in mind that the price you see may vary depending on your location and be displayed in different currencies (USD, MXN, or others).
Change your plan
From this section you can upgrade or downgrade your current plan. For example, move from Essential to Advanced or from Advanced to Essential. To do so, press the "Upgrade plan" button and select the new plan you want.
Add or remove zones
You can also modify the number of zones included in your subscription. To do so, press "Manage zones".
- Add zones: select the additional number of zones you want to add.
- Remove zones: before reducing the number, you must first delete the zone from the Zones section and then remove it from the subscription.
Any change in the number of zones will impact your next billing.
