How to upload a payment proof

In this article we explain how to upload a payment proof from MyBrandtrack.

You only need to do this if you pay by bank transfer. If you pay by card, this is not necessary.

To validate your payment, you can upload the proof directly from MyBrandtrack without needing to send us an email.

How to upload your payment proof

1. Log in to MyBrandtrack, click Account and select Billing.
2. Press the three dots next to the corresponding period.

3. Select the "Upload payment proof" option.

4. Fill in the form and submit the proof.

Our team will receive the proof and proceed to validate the payment. If we need additional information, we will contact you at billing@brandtrack.fm.
