How to request a personalized playlist.

If you need a musical proposal specifically tailored to your business, you can request a personalized playlist from the management panel.

Our team of music curators will work based on your instructions to create a playlist aligned with the experience you want to generate in your area.

Before you start

• You must have access to MyBrandtrack.

• It is recommended to define the musical style you want beforehand.

• Have references of songs or similar playlists on hand.

Steps to request a personalized playlist

1. Click on the Music icon within the panel.

    2. Within the section, press the “Request a personalized playlist” button.

3. Fill out the form with as much detail as possible.

    

4. You can choose between:

• Regular playlist: music for regular use in your store or space.

• Event playlist: for example, Christmas, birthdays, national holidays, or special occasions.

It is important to include information such as:

• Desired music genre.

• Language of the songs.

• Energy level.

• Time slot in which it will be used.

You should also add references of songs or playlists you have heard on other platforms.
This allows the team of curators to replicate the style or create a proposal as similar as possible.

4. Press the “Request” button to submit your order.

Delivery times

The estimated creation time is 48 to 72 business hours.

Once the team finishes the playlist, you will receive a confirmation by email.
