The Schedule allows you to program which playlist plays at each time of day and on which days of the week.
With this tool, you can create a musical experience consistent with the atmosphere and customer flow, without needing to change the music manually.
How does a Schedule work?
A Schedule organizes the music into time blocks (timeslots).
Each playlist occupies a specific part of the day, and you can define:
Start and end time.
Days of the week it applies to.
Which playlist will play in that block.
In this way, you build your musical programming in segments, according to the atmosphere you want to create at each moment.
Programming example
In the morning:
Play a calm playlist, such as Chill or Jazz, from 7:00 to 10:00.
In the afternoon:
Apply a more energetic playlist, such as Pop or Indie, from 17:00 to 21:00.
Only on weekends:
Set certain blocks to activate only on Saturdays and Sundays.
Each playlist occupies its own time block within the Schedule.
What is it for?
A Schedule allows you to:
Adapt the music according to the time of day (opening, midday, afternoon, closing).
Adjust it according to customer behavior (peak hours, relaxation moments, restaurant or bar).
Create more consistent experiences without manual intervention.
Automate changes and avoid errors or forgetfulness.
