If the custom playlist created by the music team does not fully meet your needs, or you simply want to update its content, you can request a modification.
The music team will review your request and make adjustments according to the new instructions.
Before you start
You must have access to MyBrandtrack.
The playlist must have been previously created as a custom playlist.
It is recommended to have clear the modifications you want to make.
Steps to request a modification
Go to the Music section within the panel.
Select the custom playlist you want to modify.
Within the playlist, press the “Request playlist modification” button.
Complete the form with the new specifications.
It is important to detail:
Genre changes.
Energy level.
Language of the songs.
Usage schedule (if applicable).
Reference songs or style examples.
The more specific the request, the more accurate the update will be.
6. Press the button to submit the request.
Response times
Once the request is sent, the music team will receive it and make the changes within a maximum period of 48 business hours.
You will receive a confirmation email when the modification has been applied.
Important notes
Only custom playlists can request direct modification.
If you need a major structural change, it may be advisable to create a new custom playlist.
