How to request a custom playlist modification

In this article we explain how to request a modification to a custom playlist from MyBrandtrack.

If the custom playlist does not fully match what you need, or you want to update its content, you can request a modification directly from the panel. The music team will review your request and make adjustments based on your new instructions.

Before you start

• Have access to MyBrandtrack.
• The playlist must have been previously created as a custom playlist.
• Have a clear idea of the modifications you want to make.

Steps to request a modification

1. Go to the Music section inside the panel.

2. Select the custom playlist you want to modify.
3. Inside the playlist, press the "Request modification" button.

4. Fill in the form with the new specifications. It is important to include:
   • Genre changes.
   • Energy level.
   • Language of the songs.
   • Time of day it will be used (if applicable).
   • Reference songs or style examples.
5. Press the button to submit the request.

The more specific the request, the more accurate the update will be.

Response times

Once the request is submitted, the music team will make the changes within a maximum of 48 business hours. You will receive an email confirmation when the modification has been applied.

Important

• Only custom playlists can request a direct modification.
• If you need a major structural change, it may be recommended to create a new custom playlist.
