I have a SONOS speaker

Currently, Brandtrack does not have a direct integration with SONOS.

However, you can use AirPlay as an alternative to play audio from the Brandtrack Box on your SONOS speaker, as long as you use a compatible iOS device.


Before you start

• You must have an iOS device (iPhone or iPad).

• The SONOS speaker must be AirPlay compatible.

• Both devices must be connected to the same WiFi network.

• The Brandtrack Player App must be open and playing content.

   

How to stream audio via AirPlay

1. Open Control Center

On your iOS device, swipe down from the top right corner of the screen to open the Control Center.

2. Select the SONOS device

1. Tap the audio playback control.

2. Select the AirPlay option.

3. Choose your SONOS device from the available list.

Once selected, Brandtrack audio will start playing through the SONOS speaker.

Checks if you don’t hear sound

If no audio plays, check the following:

• The volume on the SONOS speaker is turned up.

• AirPlay is connected to the correct device.

• The Brandtrack Player App is active and playing content.

• Both devices are connected to the same WiFi network.
  
  
  Important notes

• This solution depends on the stability of the WiFi network.

• If the connection is interrupted, AirPlay streaming may stop.

• This is not a native integration, but a streaming alternative.
