If you want to change the device where the music is played (for example, switching from a PC to a phone or another device), you can do so from the management panel.
When making the change, the current device will stop playing music and a new PIN will be generated to activate the app on the new device.
Before you start
You must have access to MyBrandtrack.
You must have the Brandtrack Player App installed on the new device.
Make sure you know which Zone you want to transfer.
Steps to change the device1. Select the Zone
Go to the Zones section.
Locate the Zone you want to assign to the new device.
Press the three dots corresponding to that Zone.
2. Choose “Change device”
Click on the “Change device” option.
A confirmation message will appear.
Press “Change device” again to confirm.
3. Activate the new device
Once the change is confirmed:
The device currently playing music will stop doing so.
A new 6-digit PIN will be generated.
Enter that PIN in the Brandtrack Player App on the new device to complete the activation.
Once the PIN is entered correctly, the music will start playing on the new device.
