When you log in to the Brandtrack Player App, the system may ask you for a 6-digit PIN code to link the device to a Zone.
This code is generated from the management panel (MyBrandtrack) and is unique for each activation.
Where to find the PIN?
Log in to MyBrandtrack.
Go to the Zones section.
Select the Zone you want to activate.
The 6-digit PIN appears at the top, next to the name of the Zone.
Don't see the code?
If the PIN does not appear, you probably need to first perform the “Change device” process.
When confirming the device change:
The current device will stop playing music.
A new 6-digit PIN will be automatically generated.
That will be the code you must enter in the new device's app.
Important :
Only people with access to the music panel (MyBrandtrack) can view the PIN.
Each Zone can only be linked to one device at a time.
The PIN changes every time a device change is made.
If you work in a store and do not have access to the panel, contact the person responsible for the account.

Account name.
Zone name.
