It asks me for a 6-digit code, where can I find it?

In this article we explain where to find the 6-digit code to link Brandtrack Player to your zone.

When you open Brandtrack Player for the first time, the app asks for a 6-digit code to link the device to a zone. This code is generated from MyBrandtrack and is unique for each activation.

Where to find the code

1. Log in to MyBrandtrack.
2. Open the Zones section.
3. Select the zone you want to activate.

The 6-digit code appears at the top, next to the zone name.

Can't see the code?

If the code doesn't appear, you may need to go through the "Change device" process first. We suggest reading the following article: How to unlink a zone to install it on another device.

Important

• Only people with access to MyBrandtrack can see the code.
• Each zone can only be linked to one device at a time.
• The code changes every time a device change is made.

If you work at a location and don't have access to MyBrandtrack, contact the person responsible for the account.
