For your Zones to start playing music, you must first assign content from the management panel.
You can assign:
A playlist directly.
A Schedule with time programming.
Or do it through a Group.
If you have not yet requested a personalized playlist, you can use playlists already curated by our music team.
Option 1: Assign a Playlist or Schedule to a Group
This option is recommended when several Zones share the same programming.
Steps

Go to the Schedules section.
Click the three dots on the playlist or Schedule you want to assign.
Select the Assign Group option.
Choose the corresponding Group.
Press Save to apply the changes.
From that moment on, all Zones within that Group will play that content.
Option 2: Assign Directly to a Zone
You can also assign content directly to a Zone without using a Group.
From the Zone settings you can:
Assign an individual playlist.
Assign a Schedule.
This option is useful when a Zone needs a different programming than the rest.
Considerations According to the Device
If you use a physical Box:
You must clearly define which content is assigned, as you will not be able to manually choose what to play from the device.
If you use the Brandtrack Player App:
You will be able to enter the “Mixes” section within the app and select which content you want to play, in case you have more than one option available.
Troubleshooting
If your Zone does not play music:
Check that it has assigned content.
Confirm there is no conflict between Group and Zone assignments.
Make sure the device is connected to the internet.
