What is a Group?

A Group allows you to assign music and announcements to multiple zones at the same time.

Instead of configuring each zone individually, you can group them and apply the same schedule in one step.
This simplifies management when multiple spaces share the same sound identity.

How does a Group work?

A Group brings together several Zones under the same configuration.

When you assign playlists, Schedules, or announcements to a Group, that configuration is automatically applied to all included Zones.

If you update the Group's content, all zones update at the same time.

Practical example

Imagine you have two stores and want both to play:

• The same playlist

• The same announcements

• At the same times

Instead of configuring each store separately:

1. You create a Group.

2. You add those two zones to the Group.

3. You assign the music and announcements to the Group.

From that moment on, everything you configure in the Group will automatically apply to both zones.
