How to unlink a zone to install it on another device

In this article we explain how to generate a new code to install a zone on a different device.

The 6-digit code that links Brandtrack Player App to your zone is single-use. If you need to change the device where the music plays, you need to generate a new code from MyBrandtrack.

Step 1: Go to Zones

Log in to MyBrandtrack and open the Zones section. Find the name of the zone you want to reinstall on another device.

Step 2: Select "Change device"

Click the three dots next to the zone name and select the "Change device" option.

Step 3: Confirm the change

You will see a message saying: "This action will close the current zone session and generate a code for a new installation." Press "Change device" to confirm.

Once confirmed, the new 6-digit code is generated automatically. You will see the zone status as Not reactivated along with the new code ready to use.
