What is a location?

In this article we explain what a location is and what it is used for in MyBrandtrack.

A location represents a physical establishment of your business: a store, branch, restaurant, or other commercial space. Within each location you can have one or more zones, each with its own music and independent configuration.

What information can you manage from a location?

• Associated zones: see how many zones are associated with that location.
• Address: the physical address of the establishment.
• Manager information: details of the person responsible for that location (name, phone, email).
• Opening hours: configure the days and hours the location is open.

You can also share the volume control of the location with the location manager so they can adjust it from their device without needing to access MyBrandtrack. For more information, visit How to share music control for your locations.
