In this article we explain what a location is and what it's used for in MyBrandtrack.
A location represents a physical establishment in your business — a store, branch, restaurant, or other commercial space. Within each location you can have one or multiple zones, each with its own music and independent configuration.
What information can you manage from a location?
- Associated zones: see how many zones are associated with that location.
- Address: the physical address of the establishment.
- Manager information: details of the person responsible for that location (name, phone, email).
- Opening hours: set the days and hours the location is open.
You can also share volume control of the location with the manager so they can adjust it from their device without needing to access MyBrandtrack. For more information, visit How to share music control for your locations.
