How to create a new zone in MyBrandtrack

In this article, we explain how to create a zone in MyBrandtrack.

How to Create a Zone

1. Go to MyBrandtrack, go to the Zones section, and click the "Create zone" button.

2. Fill in the requested information:
   • Location: you can associate the zone with an existing location or create a new one. If you need to create a new location, you can do it directly from this step.
   • Zone name: a name that lets you easily identify it within MyBrandtrack.
   • Device type: choose between:
     • Brandtrack Player App: installs on any compatible device using the 6-digit code. Once the zone is created, music can start playing right away.
     • Brandtrack Box: you'll need to fill in the shipping address. Once the zone is created, delivery of the Box may take some time. To check the shipping status, contact support@brandtrack.fm. If you don't know what the Brandtrack Box is, we recommend reading What Is the Brandtrack Box? first.

Once all the information is complete, you'll see the new price of your subscription. Keep in mind that each zone adds a license to your subscription, which will be reflected in your next invoice.

3. Click "Confirm". The zone will be created. From there, you can assign it to a group or assign it content.
