In this article we explain everything you can view and manage from the detailed zone view in MyBrandtrack.
To access it, log in to MyBrandtrack, open the Zones section and click on the name of the zone you want to check. You will find three sections: Zone information, Connection report, and Latest events.
Zone information
Here you will see the complete technical details of your zone:
- ID: the unique identifier of the zone.
- Status: online, offline, not installed, or not reactivated.
- 6-digit code: visible when the zone is in Not reactivated status.
- Last seen: the last time the device was connected.
- OS version and app version: information about the device where Brandtrack Player App is installed.
- Playback permissions: you can enable or disable whether the device can skip or pause songs. This option only applies to zones with Brandtrack Player App. When enabled, the device at the location will be able to pause songs or skip to the next one.
- Delete zone.
- View content assigned to the zone — playlists, schedules, and campaigns.
And a connection chart for the last 7 days. If you need a wider date range, you can generate it from the Connection report section.
Connection report
In this section you can view the connection history of the zone in more detail. Filter by the date range you need:
- Last 7 days
- Last 30 days
- All dates
- Custom range
The chart shows three states: stable connection, poor connection, and no connection. If you need an internal report, download it in Excel using the "Download report" button.
Latest events
Here you will see everything the zone played in the last 24 hours (songs and ads) with the content name, type, and exact date and time. You can also download this history using the "Download" button.
