In this article we explain how to request a custom playlist from MyBrandtrack.
If you need a music proposal specifically adapted to your business, you can request it directly from the panel. Our music curation team will work based on your instructions to create a playlist aligned with the experience you want to generate.
This feature is available only for the Advanced plan. If your plan is Essential and you want access to this option, you can upgrade your account. We recommend reading the following article: How to modify my subscription.
Before you start
- Have access to MyBrandtrack.
- Define the musical style you want in advance.
- Have references of similar songs or playlists on hand.
Step 1: Go to the music section
Click the Music icon inside the panel.
Step 2: Request the playlist
Press the "Request a custom playlist" button.
Step 3: Fill in the form
Fill in the form with as much detail as possible. You can choose between:
- Regular playlist: music for everyday use at your location.
- Event playlist: for example, Christmas, birthdays, national holidays, or other special occasions.
It is important to include:
- Desired music genre.
- Language of the songs.
- Energy level.
- Time of day it will be used.
- References from songs or playlists on other platforms.
Step 4: Submit your request
Press the "Request" button to submit your request.
Delivery times
The estimated creation time is 48 to 72 business hours. Once the team finishes the playlist, you will receive a confirmation by email.
