How to edit a custom schedule

In this article we explain how to edit a custom schedule from MyBrandtrack.

Custom schedules are available for all plans. To access them, log in to MyBrandtrack and go to the Schedules section. Custom schedules appear in the second row.

How to edit a timeslot

Click on the timeslot you want to edit inside the schedule. The "Edit your regular slot" panel will open where you can configure the following:

Schedule

Set the start and end time of the timeslot using the "from" and "until" selectors.

Repeat

Press the "Repeat" button to define which days of the week the timeslot repeats. You can select "Every day" or choose specific days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

Choose custom end date

If you want a recurring timeslot to repeat only until a specific date, enable the "Choose custom end date" checkbox and click "Pick end date" to select the date from the calendar. After that date, the timeslot will stop playing.

Playlist for the timeslot

From the playlist search you can select one or two playlists for that timeslot. If you select two, the "Playback percentage" section will appear where you can adjust what percentage of the time each one plays. By default they are split 50% each.

Delete a timeslot

Press "Delete Slot" to remove that block from the schedule. If the timeslot is recurring, a panel will appear with three options:

This event: deletes only the selected occurrence.
This and following events: deletes the selected timeslot and all the ones that come after it.
All events: deletes all occurrences of that recurring timeslot.

Important: this action cannot be undone.

Add a new timeslot

To add a new timeslot, click directly on the start time in the schedule and fill in the timeslot information: playlist, schedule, and recurrence.

Save changes

Once you have finished adjusting all the timeslots, press "Save changes" so the changes are applied to all zones that have that schedule assigned.
