In this article we explain how to generate a connection report for all your zones from MyBrandtrack.
Log in to MyBrandtrack, open the Zones section and click the "Generate report" button in the top right corner.
Step 1: Period
Select the time range for the report:
- Last 24 hours: data from today.
- Last 7 days: a full week.
- Last 30 days: calendar month.
- Last 90 days: 3 months.
- Custom range: choose exact start and end dates.
Keep in mind that the playback history has a limit of the last available days. It is not possible to request it for time windows prior to that limit.
Step 2: Scope
Select the zones you want to include in the report. You can search by name, ID or location, filter by online or offline zones, select all or choose specific zones. Press "Next" to continue.
Step 3: Content
Choose what information you want to include in the report:
- Connection percentage per zone.
- Playback history: songs and ads.
- Incidents and alerts: low volume, full storage, and other incidents.
Press "Next" to continue.
Step 4: Delivery
The report delivery time depends on the volume of data selected:
- If you select a short time range and few zones, the report will be generated and downloaded automatically right away.
- If you select a larger data range, the report will be sent by email within a few minutes.
You can add additional email addresses if you need more than one person to receive it. Review your configuration summary and press "Generate report".
