In this article we explain what the Brandtrack Box is and what it is used for.
The Brandtrack Box is a compact device (approx. 16 x 10 cm) designed exclusively to play your business music in a stable and continuous way. It is the ideal alternative if your location does not have a device where you can install Brandtrack Player App.
It comes with Brandtrack Player App already installed, the musical content preloaded, and already linked to your zone. It also includes remote support software that allows our team to assist you remotely if needed.
Each Brandtrack Box has a white label on its bottom with the device identification code, in the format BOX-XXXXX. This is the code Brandtrack uses to identify your device in the system.

Internet connection
The Box can connect via Ethernet cable (recommended) or WiFi. If you prefer WiFi, you need to share the network name and password in advance so the device can be configured before shipping.
