How to change the music using the shared control link

In this article, we explain how to change the music from a shared control link.

This feature is only available for zones with a Brandtrack Box. If you don't know what shared control is or how to access it, we recommend reading How to Share Control of Your Locations' Music first.

How to Change the Music

1. Go to the link you were shared, or scan the QR code. Once inside, you'll see the location's information and all the zones assigned to it.

2. Click the three dots next to the zone you want to modify and select "Configure music".

3. Choose from the content assigned to that zone (playlists and/or schedules) and click "Save". That will be the content that starts playing in the zone.
